New beds designed and built from the ground up, finished with quality plant selections, mulch, and rock chosen to complement the home's architecture.
Flagstone Walkways
Custom flagstone pathways installed to create a defined, welcoming approach to the front entrance.
Retaining Wall
Structural retaining wall designed and built to address grade changes and anchor the new front yard layout.
Landscape Lighting
Professionally designed low-voltage lighting system installed to showcase the new plantings and hardscape features after dark.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Project Goals

The homeowners came to us with a front yard that, despite the home’s strong curb appeal potential, had never lived up to what the property deserved. The existing landscaping lacked structure, definition, and a clear sense of arrival — nothing that matched the quality of the home itself.

After working closely with the homeowners to understand their vision, our team developed a full front yard redesign covering new landscape bed construction, custom hardscaping, curated plantings, and a professional lighting plan. The goal was simple: create a front yard that finally matched the character of the home and gave the clients an entrance they were proud of.

Project Phases

Phase 1 · ✓ Completed

Site Planning & Design

Full site assessment and landscape design development. Homeowner consultations to align on plant palette, hardscape materials, and lighting vision. Layout staking and bed perimeter planning finalized before ground-break.

Phase 2 · ✓ Completed

Site Preparation & Hardscaping

Existing landscaping cleared and removed. Retaining wall constructed and backfilled. Flagstone walkway base graded, compacted, and stone set. Landscape bed edging established and beds prepped with soil amendment.

Phase 3 · ✓ Completed

Planting, Mulch, & Rock

Quality plant selections installed per the approved design. Beds finished with mulch and decorative rock. Final grading and cleanup completed.

Phase 4 · ✓ Completed

Final Results & Landscape Lighting

Low-voltage landscape lighting system installed with fixture placement designed to accent key plantings and hardscape elements. Final walkthrough completed with homeowners. Project handed off with care instructions.
